I'm not sure why is it considered a wrong thing to comment on what types of artworks are accepted here but another aren't, despite the latter have more details and more realistic body proportions (see comment #2277352). Furthermore, explaining more details about album cover can still cause me get downvoted (comment #2277077) within less than a hour. Thank you for your advice.

First comment you linked probably garnered some downvotes because you were being rude. "Big Brain Time" is a rude remark, since you are actively trying to insult the others intelligence. The second linked comment got ONE downvote that was offset by ONE upvote, so again, you need to ignore those single downvotes. This comment I'm quoting right now got downvoted because, again, you are being rude for no reason.

Oh my goodness, I feel really sad and regretful that I did not even realize that such "meme" phrase can be interpreted as a disrespectful insult, even when I used it without any intention to insult particular users. Perhaps I was too frontal on doing a criticism upon a seemingly inconsistent post approval algorithm, thus I feel so sorry about it recently. I actually have a fear of I also doubt that two negative feedbacks (due to a fatal commenting sin one month ago, another user repeated the same feedback message) I received might also influence others to disregard whatever I'm saying in the comments - no matter how decent, how non-offensive it is written. Personally I will not downvote others', unless what they're saying is indeed offensive, disrespectful or troll-like. Understood, it hurts that we just realized that some people are creating "sockpuppets" to manipulate scores in order to humiliate one's opinions (including yours). But I think you have never done nothing wrong at all, but leaving helpful comments! I would also apologize if my reply here (what you quoted right now) is considered rude despite I only meant to respond your advice. I have nothing to say anymore but huge respect and a lot of gratitude upon you for giving me constructive feedback and advice here. That's a very kind of you.
