The actual artist for this album cover is credited as NEKO. However, neither the English nor the Chinese Touhou wikis documenting this album in great detail, as well as the actual Yuuhei Satellite website, give a link that would hint at who they are in the Danbooru database (assuming they are in it at all, that is). Does anyone know who NEKO is?

Found an artbook with this image on the cover with a listing at https://www.ebay.com/itm/285145301495 with some pictures of the inside. The one that looked the most uniquely taggable led to post #1738961 by artist #77253. Searching neko_(yanshoujie) touhou shows a lot of the other pieces from the ebay listing, and this post matches the artist's style pretty well IMO. (In retrospect I feel like I should've recognized the style to begin with.)
