Yeah, in japan EVERYBODY speaks english so it's so easy to find a translater.

I have no idea what you are talking about. This is a promotional image released in english by the game's company, in a language only readable by people who'd realize it's gibberish.
they most likely used an online translation tool for this... cut, paste, "translate". not worth the trouble and money to accurately translate this anyway.
If you travel to any east Asian country, you'll see that they also sell clothing these nonsense gibberish Engrish sentences on them. People buy and wear them because it feels exotic and looks fashionable, even though they have a clue what it actually means. The same effect can be found in Western countries, some people like to buy stuff with Asian characters on them, others like to tattoo it to their bodies. They do it because it looks cool, but most don't care what it means because the majority of people can't read it anyways.
