As far as I know, most yukkuris (especially wild ones) can only speak with a childish accent and/or always insert the word "easy" to their speeches. This Yukkureimu, while "she" can act like regular yukkuri, is at least conscious of "her" surroundings (such as what can happen to "her" should "she" eat the cake). Perhaps this Yukkureimu is a Hakurei Shrine specialty? Because from what I can deduce Hakurei Reimu is a master yukkuri trainer.
This was the result of a "crapshoot translation", where someone who can't speak Japanese writes in parody text in the speech boxes. It can actually be quite funny, in certain cases.
