Just checked out this user's Deviantart page, possible art thief. Saw a lot of differently-styled artworks in high quality while this one is just below mediocre. For instance, this deviation was uploaded on 24 December 2020, while the original image by the actual artist's Pixiv was uploaded on 25 June 2019. Any thoughts?

My thoughts are that this is so far below even "mediocre" that you can't even see it from there, and definitely didn't need to be bumped.
