Friend of Hakurei Reimu. Ordinary magician.

Direct descendant of the legendary oni-slayer Issun-Boushi. Unlike the rest of the inchlings scattered across Gensokyo, she was living in the Shining Needle Castle. The amanojaku Kijin Seija deceived her into using the inchlings' secret treasure, the Miracle Mallet, to topple the power balance of Gensokyo, but the plan was a failure. At the moment, she's living in a bug cage at the Hakurei Shrine under Reimu's custody. She's normally around 50 cm tall, but has also used the Mallet to grow to human size.

House guest at the shrine. Powerful oni. Infatuated with the shrine maiden, Hakurei Reimu.

Amanojaku. Loves what others hate, and hates making others happy. She is a chronic liar, despises the strong, and refuses to serve anyone. She manipulated Shinmyoumaru into causing an incident with the Miracle Mallet in her possession. Afterwards, she became an outlaw hunted by other youkai for masterminding such a dangerous incident, and is currently on the run. She's been hiding in an abandoned old water mill.
