I might be reading too much into it but she starts off the first two lines with lines that could possibly be innuendos; the 中 (naka) of Naka-toro could also be used in naka-dashi, to finish inside. Likewise, the 生 (nama) of Nama-king salmon is also used to describe sex without a condom.
I'm 90% sure about those, and her lines are written in a way that makes me suspect the others are innuendos as well (-ぬき being doing something in succession or pulling out (kind of a stretch), 盲点 being blind spot or weak point (possibly)).
