edit 2: the first is a JPG file, this one is supposed to be a png because I couldn't upload the bigger version because the file type was the same as the original post, yet for some reason, this is the same size as the original despite the file being bigger, fmfl
@winkywonker I'm not sure what you're looking at, but these are not the same size. Look at the size under Information on the left. This one is a larger file size, but a smaller resolution. They only look the same when viewing them because Danbooru standardizes the image size. Click "Resize to window" to see the image at its actual size. Also, being the same file type doesn't prevent uploading. If you were being prevented from uploading something, it was probably because the image shared an md5 hash, meaning they were the exact same image, not because they were both JPGs.
