He's a human gifted draconic powers, allowing him to conjure flame as well as the parts of a dragon, such as horns and claws. I find it difficult to find artists to accentuate a cuter, feminine side, as he is sometimes described as an otokonoko. He's also quite short, at only 149-150CM, though an adult (And much to his embarrassment, has large hips, thighs and butt...)
I hope it's possible to capture such things in a picture. I leave everything to your creative freedom; feel free to choose the composition, and even change clothes to suit.
