Since we cannot identify from the picture alone who those hands belong to, and there is also no mention from the artist's description as far as I can tell, we'll leave that alone.
Assuming she's singing, maybe this got something to do with her 'blinding song'?
I originally wanted to say this is related to her song "Deaf to all but the song" but then again her eyes are closed (or blinded in this case) so it's not deaf but blind.
