It's Yukachen! She's a hybrid resulting from a Yuuka type reproducing with a Chen type~

Hence the cat ears

Its just a little cat yuuka with twin tails. Chen doesn't own having twin tails.

Unless it was marked by the artist as being a hybrid the tag isnt relevant.

They're both yukkuri, the fanbase and artists literally made a new universe out of the phenomenon, with its own rules. So, both Possessed and you are partially right.
