    There’s a mistake in translation
    和(wa) doesn’t only mean harmony/peaceful it’s also the name of ancient japan and it’s still used to describe things that are culturally Japanese so when they said 和メイド早苗さん(wa meido sanae san) they meant Japanese maid because the style is the outfit used in pop culture for Japanese style maids
