The tell this time is that the hair rings are two distinct and separated from each other. Hosomi's hair rings normally blend into each other, and the curves that define their form are a lot less pronounced. Also, Hosomi's bangs do not have a break in them like is shown on the left side of the character's head, whereas Darjeeling's do. Additionally, the hair at the back at Hosomi's head only has a single lock that branches out once like a round letter "T".
However, having said all that, although it can be known that the character is not Hosomi, there's no way to know for sure that the character is Darjeeling (that I can tell), so it is a bit of a trick question.
