It's posts like these that make me think: Is Miguel's suit actually cloth? While watching the movie I was under the impression it was some sort of electronic material? And not something that could be physically stretched or torn like, say, Miles's or Gwen's suits.
For example, in the beginning of the film when he's an inch away from tearing Vulture's head off (Gif, for... "educational purposes") the mask looks like it comes on holographically with a large beam of light that extends upwards until it covers his entire head. There's also that one scene near the end, where Miles shocks Miguel and turns part of his suit all glitchy.
So is the suit physically apart of him? I know in the comics Miguel does some weird genetic experiments on himself (read: making his DNA part spider). I'm assuming this is canon to the movie version, as his Fortnite skin description reads "Brilliant geneticist Miguel O'Hara." Does it just appear and disappear whenever he needs it to? Is it like his skin? Is that why Peter B. is so attached to him?! Because he doesn't need to put baby powder in the joints?!
I haven't read the 2099 comics yet, so there's probably a perfectly reasonable (and sane) explanation for all of this in there. I think they should add a scene in Beyond where Miguel strips naked for the audience. It will be the first movie to make 1 Beyondillion dollars.

I don't usually read comics (except some from DC) but reading your comment also made me curious so I'll try to explain from what I understood...
Miguel's suit is designed from unstable molecules, it seems that the concept of his suit comes from the fantastic four, Reed discovered this in one of his experiments which he came to implement in his own suit, the function of the suit is that it it adapts to the environment like hot or cold, although I have no idea if it was first in Spider-man or in Reed's own comic but it seems that they refer to their suits as "molecular tissue" so it could be said that it is just a suit with "powers".
The power that he obtained through the modification of his spider DNA, I understand that it is only part of his powers and abilities such as superhuman strength, speed, spider sense, etc etc... and what is really shown in his suit has nothing to do with his DNA, this is just my assumption so don't believe me at all... and I would also like more "MAN"service from Miguel because he is fucking hot xD.
