Should this be tagged "crossover", "parody" or "cosplay"? It doesn't actually have any Witchblade characters, unless you count the Witchblade itself as a character.
The form the blade has taken in this image seems to be similar to its' default combat state in the Witchblade anime, which lends itself to the idea of Nanoha cosplaying as Amaha Masane.
