It's that time of the year again! Here is my entry for the 3.5 Anniversary of Pokemon Masters EX mobile game. For the concept, I started from the Neo Champion pairs, as they became a new foundation for the future development of the game. The color theme for Serena and Calem are easy to match between each other too, so I kind of use this opportunity for experimenting.
