Who's Ashley? Never heard about. Wait... Can't be find even on Google... LOL. Seriously what's the point to compare two character that's in two game completely different? Ok this unpopular character may own Remilia because her creator make her a strong character(not even sure about this because can't find information on this character) happy now?
PS: Character in Looney Tunes are mostly immortal.
potatomato, are you...[insert term for appropriate level of mental incapability]?
First, you can click the "?"s next to a tag to learn more. Further, the purple tags are their series; since Remilia's from Toho, Ashley is from WarioWare. Are you telling me you can't find anything about her with those two terms to use in search engines?
About Ashley herself, she is a teenage witch. I don't know much about Remilia's powers, but Ashley is known for being quite spiteful, her hair even changing color with her rising irritation. Some of her reprehensible attributes are detailed in her theme song, wherein she's described as "know[ing] the darkest spells", "brew[ing] the meanest potions", suggesting that she would use an addressee as in ingredient in said potions, capable of "rul[ing] the world and still finish[ing] all her homework", "turn[ing] [her] teacher into a spoon", and assertions that merely crossing her will lead to dire results.

Remilia hurt her servant. There will be recourse.
like i said, your WaWa creator may give his character some decent aspect, but i am not comparing those two characters.
My point is: it's f**king pointless and childish to comparing characters that are come from completely different game/manga/anime.
Example: You get a image about something like ASHELY vs Snake and people pop out: "Even though Snake is a super-duper special force, he hurt Red. Which means Ashley has something new to put in her cauldren".
To T5J8F8: You should know that her Japanese song is different from her English one to the point of changing her character(at least what those songs suggest) save for one aspect. Secondly, she doesn't really do anything truly evil to the point that she seemed to be comedy relief or parody compared to villains in the Mario, Wario, and Donkey Kong series who can be quite evil, especially the Shroobs, King K. Rool, Shadow Queen, Dimentio, and a few others. Heck, Captain Syrup, Rudy the Clown, maybe Golden Diva, Black Jewel, Terrormisu, and Shake King from the Wario series are probably more menacing than Ashley, and Wario kicked their asses fearlessly. In my opinion, her theme song (both versions) is just her being an egotistic braggant who overestimates her abilities. Victory definitely goes to Remilia as she can just probably go up to Ashley and beat the crap out of her with own two hands.
To VocaUtau: That witch happens to be Marisa who is a protagonist along with Reimu who is also capable of taking on Remilia who is considered quite powerful in her own right to the other Stage 6 bosses. Marisa also trained very hard to get at that level to be able to beat Remilia as well as more powerful people than her. Also, at least Marisa is shown to be able fight physically in "Immaterial and Missing Power," "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody," and "Hisoutensoku." I doubt Ashley is even near the level of the weaker bosses or even the capability to fight competently in magical fights much less physical ones. Her description even said she stays in her mansion most of the time brewing potions and improving her witchcraft which may not be related to combat purposes. There is no evidence that Ashley is capable of beating this vampire who also have some capable servants that includes another witch.
Let's just leave it as "not enough info" and come to our own conclusions (fantasies even); Obviously the Toho universe is quite unique and uniquely powerful. And really the Warioware games have no real character depth, theme songs not withstanding.

What made you thought Ashley was strong at all when she apparently can misfire a spell? At least Remilia was shown to be able fight competantly, physically and magically, where else Ashley had shown little in those areas. Remilia will probably beat her black and blue if her own powerful servants didn't do it first.
Given Ashley's deader-than-usual stare, looks like we might be dealing with an unrestrained inner potential. In which case, Remilia would just have to keep herself out of harm's way and Ashley could burn out.
