I'd expect the SDM to get a visitation by both Yuyuko and Youki after this and there will be much rape.

Yuyuko can kill at will, which would remove most if not all of them from the equation.

Yeah.. Yuyuko, Youki, and chances are Yukari (being Yuyuko's best friend) and I can imagine Remilia trying to ask Reimu for help, but she refuses due to how Remilia never donated.

Not if Yuyuko killed her first. Vampires can still die after all. And Flan's ability takes time to invoke. Very little time, but it still takes time. There's no indication that Yuyuko has any such delay in her "invoke death" power.
