    Not sure what the text is. ⺡+ 虫 doesn't make any Japanese character, so I'm assuming it's Chinese. The first is too low-res to make out as well.

    脑浊 (浊 is the simplified version of 濁).

    Literally "brain turbidity". It's also the name of a Chinese punk rock band, which name is translated as "Brain Failure" in English. Likely derived from the band's name, the word is also used rarely as an adjective by Chinese internet users with a meaning along the lines of "devoid of human/rational thought." e.g. "That game is very brain failure", "Your argument is very brain failure", etc.

    That makes sense, 濁 was the closest character that I could think of but didn't consider simplified characters. Chinese is not my expertise, thanks for the info.
