If you don't want to give Twitter your info, then make a burner email and go from there. My Twitter account is still active for months so it should work even if you lose the burner email. https://temp-mail.org/en/

Not at all. I do the same, however if Twitter decides you look "suspicious" or you browse a little too much, it will ask to verify your account with a code to your mail. I recommend keeping favorites and follows on notepad or some HTML page too.
