Apparently not even saucenao could ascertain the origin of this. I found this via a tweet, sauce'd it, then yandex'd and got a zerochan result. According to the title, the pixiv ID is 3099819, and the user is 2668693 (Which belonged to myurumyuru before they deleted their pixiv).
