You got it backwards. The term "Netflix and chill" was already around for a few years by the time Reine (accidentally?) coined the term "playing Monopoly"

IRyS was the one who came up with "playing Monopoly (on the bed)" during Reine's Bunkeroni fanfiction arc; Bae helped with writing.
About "Netflix and chill": IRyS unironically brought up NaC during a CHaDCast episode, intending it only to mean nothing more than to relax and watch movies, only to have Bae and Calli chide her for saying something yabai. In a later stream, when doing her first anniversary watchalong of her debut stream, Bae realized she has also unironically said "Netflix and chill" under things that she liked. It's been a while but I think I recall IRyS trying to defend herself with something like "I thought that's how YOU say it", suggesting she might have learned the phrase from Bae's debut stream.
