You might want to be careful saying that you might be ban for underage.
It's an old joke from the earliest days of Touhou. Yukari has always described herself as being 17 despite being over 1000 years old if not even longer.
It's a meme, and contrary to what I'm sure you believe, the mods aren't so stupid they don't understand what quotations mean
Maybe on Danbooru, but I saw people getting banned for saying they were 7 (as in, they were level 7 in a RPG), and getting banned for being underage. So yeah, mods aren't always reliable.
