I do not recognize the character, so I will leave further tagging to those who know things. Oh, and a small tip to you guys who want to upload lots: seems to me that most of Sapuri's non-Touhou images are free game. I am just a little bit unsure as to whether the circle has only one artist (Kiseki) or more.
