Once again, Yostar fails to do the bare minimum of research given that Scipione Africano served with the French from 1948-1976 while De Grasse was a one-off design that served from 1956-1974. By all rights, even if the De Grasse-class entered mass production, the French would have never named one "Guichen" and this non-existent witch literally stole the name of a real ship that would have served at the same time as her except for longer!
Once again, Yostar fails to do the bare minimum of research...
The one who failed at basic research is You. "A third ship [of De Grasse class] named Guichen was authorized on 2 May 1938 under supplementary 1938 bis...when war was declared, construction of De Grasse was suspended and the orders for her two sisters were cancelled" (John Jordan, Jean Moulin - French Cruisers 1922-1956 p. 146) They reused names after the war, yes. But that's besides the point.
