Fail here...when sharks open their mouths, the snout is pushed upwrads more vertically while the jaws themselves push more outwards. Someone didn't do their homework: It's a pretty easy thing to see with minimal searching.

Thats why it's the pokem Sharpedo. It doesnt do that when it opens it's mouth! ... ok IDK.
