    I used to love these but I swear I've never seen them sold in stores. Maybe there's a secret shopping outlet for grandmas only that exclusively stocks cheap candy, hair dye, and tissues.

    I honestly think they just appear at will in a grandma's purse or in a jar on the counter. You never see it get filled up but it always is.

    Once you reach 65, the government is mandated to ship these to you to put out for display.

    You can buy them pretty easily online nowadays, but when I was a kid they were always stocked at pharmacy-stores (Rite-Aid, CVS, etc) and Costco.
