In all seriousness, this is Goku's win. Luffy can take physical blows but not freaking chi beamus.
Remember, just because you like a character doesn't mean you can't overlook their weaknesses. Luffy is fucking awesome and all, but he's way out of his league here.

What i like about one piece is that even now, its kept somewhat at a real level(as real as anime gets anyway). I kinda lost my shit for DBZ after the Cell Arc. Once everyone's power levels were in the billions, the only way to make a worthwhile villian is to give him 10 billion. So it got kinda rediculious.

Fortunately, its not the case. That's what I like to see. Even though there's always people who preffer one character over the other (though I think most people, like me, love both of them), we can all accept that part of the "magic" of One Piece, is that even though we have super-powers and such, it still mantains a somehow "realistic" level, in that characters don't just become capable of splitting an island in two, by "training". There are physical boundaries (although still somehow exagerated...*cough*Jozu and the Iceberg*coug*), but they still follow a certain path.
I love both characters, but its frankly Goku's victory because DBZ characters are overpowered to uncharted limits, in comparition with...well, everyone else.
