I tend to link the page, since the Pixiv source links go to their pages rather than the image source (but for those, there's something in the site's code that automatically does that). Not sure if there's any advantage to linking the image's URL, since I don't know if there's, say, an "/Image_by_Me_2.jpg" or if a reupload (like if they changed something) just overwrites the original "/Image_by_Me.jpg".
