You seem to forget that Flandre's able to avoid attacks on a whim, if a point-blank Master Spark can't even hit her. They would reach a standstill much earlier than anyone would expect, then they decide to become playable characters in Portait of Ruin to obliterate the Drac/Death double team. Why? Because it has the potential for awesome. And they'd get to wail on Brauner. That's always fun.

I've never played the EX Stage of EoSD. But considering that Alucard can punch out Death with enough time, and has the ability to completely avoid damage if needed, if he was to fight an EX Boss that can dodge over-powered attacks out of nowhere, has the Laevetican thing (that weird weapon) and can create bullet spam, it would be a close battle.

You seem to forget that Fkandre has a simmilar ability, her signature move "And then thee were none".
As officially described: Flandre can destroy anything she wants by moving the "eye" of the object, where the tension is highest, into her hand and pouring her power into it. When she clenches her fist whatever she has moved the "eye" of into her hand will be destroyed. Other than her ability itself, no simple information about it is known. She also has extreme physical strength.
