This is the 4th time this image has been uploaded. If it wasn't approved those three times, why would you think a version with a giant white blob in the middle would fare any better?

I dunno, I think it's a pretty flawless edit myself. I mean clearly there is nothing there.

One of the most interesting features is that concave at the would-be forehead of what would be in the place where clearly nothing is.

The photoshop tag just means that the image was edited by someone other than the original artist. It doesn't mean that someone actually used Photoshop to edit it.
