I wonder how old the judge girls are? They look like high schoolers, and I've thought of them as such for the longest time. But given the fact that they've gone to the "adult parties" and have drunk alcohol (which is a big no-no in Japanese media for any minors), they have to be at least college age. Also, to get placement in an official organization like the Japanese Tankery League, they would have to have college degrees I imagine, meaning they'd be in their early to mid twenties? o_O
I have seen some indications that they are junior to Captain Chouno, and I agree they are probably done with school. My guess is the style of the judge outfits make them look younger.
