We would prefer you uploaded the original language version, hard translations are highly discouraged. You've taken a much bigger risk by uploading these, which are unlikely to be approved, than if you had just uploaded the original.
Edit: Oh, and looking more into it, apparently this isn't even a good translation, because it was translated from Japanese to Spanish to English, instead of from Japanese directly to English. You have definitely shot yourself in the foot with this one.

Fine, then. I'll wait until the 3 days pass and upload the raw images. I had assumed uploading an untranslated version would be a bigger risk because this is an english-speaking website and approvers might not care about approving the images if they didn't understand the plot
