It's a fat so she could use a memory card reader and play some of her old PS1 or PS2 games.

If it was a slim using the old console or an emulator would be the only viable option.

Well there used to be an option for her to play Game boy games on the PS3 by running an emulator under linux and down loading a rom.

Well maybe Nitori can fix that bad update Sony sent.

I like my DirectX 10 visuals in Crysis. Not to mention newer hardware is slowly have features which aren't supported in XP (hard drives larger than 2 TB and mobos that use UEFI in place of BIOS, for instance). Technology moves on.
