Unfortunately, I have no pixiv account, which is needed to see R18 pics. Since I can't confirm it myself, I'll have to ask someone else to check that link and see if it means we can fix this image and its 2 children.
Aside: I hate this guy's writing. Not only is it only half-legible, but I've caught him twice in 4 images using characters that aren't used in standard Japanese and had to make best guesses as to what he really meant. There should be a special hell for that.
