Now my question is: Should this one also be tagged as futanari? Because we know its the conclussion of the previous two in which futa-Sakura and futa-Ino fucked Hinata, and its obvious these are their dicks...but in this pic, technically, we can't "see" them as the owners of said dicks, even though we know they are.

So, does the "tag what you see and not what you know" rule, apply here?

It's futa. If this image is in procession of the others, then futa still applies, even if you can't exactly see it.

What I now is that you tag what you see. From the image we
can´t say they are futas, so no tag.

That is precisely opposite of what tagging policy on Danbooru is.

It doesn't matter if it's part of a sequence of images that feature futanari - if it's not completely obvious from this picture alone that those with dicks are otherwise chicks, then it doesn't get the tag.

That's not context from outside the picture. The text, and everything else there, are part of the image.

The policy is really stupid, then, because it means that if someone liked a picture of part of a set looks for the other pictures then they stumble upon the futanari.

Unless danbooru is trying to promote a 'surprise! dickgirl' policy.

It's more of a "we don't give a shit what you do not like, and you're a dumbass for not blacklisting something you don't want to see" policy, which is perfectly sensible.

There are worse surprises.
