Why this doesn't have the Izumi_Konata tag yet is beyond me.

For the rest of these, I can see the Touhou character more then the Lucky Star character, but I see Konata way more than Kogasa in this one.

That's because A. The other eye is closed, and B. No umbrella.

I can just see Osaka wondering that, if she through her umbrella away, whether or not it would one day turn into an otaku. Then there's the entire noodle incident on how that would happen if it did.
