I think she is saying something along the lines of "almost there almost almost"

Now, if she said something about Shiki, or if Shiki just misunderstood the situation is not clear without a translation.

Ok, I've translated what I can. I've added the check_translation tag because I'm not sure exactly what 'Harenchi' means, though google images suggests it may be an old term for indecent. Also, the title means something along the line of "the boundless valley", but I'm not 100% on it. If there are any errors, feel free to correct them.
