I mean, is Nobue really only a bit taller than the menbers of her harem?
Isn't Ana supposed to be slightly shorter than Miu?

Now, to be fair there is no rule dictating the height differences between any two groups of people.
What I mean is, Nobue could be kinda short.

Nobue is about a head higher than her sister and Miu.

The image itself just seems odd since it looks like it wasn't intended to be a group pic. Love the clothing/art, but the lineup is a bit distracting.

If you do look at their heads, I'd say that Nobue's is a bit smaller. Generally the other girls should've been scaled down so then their heads are slightly smaller than Nobue's.

Then maybe it might look more correct.
