shouldn't this have an evangelion and earthbound tags? Im not very familiar with watchmen or shin megami tensei, but the names sound like evangelion and the gameplay like earthbound (mother SNES)

There are many RPGs out there that has gameplay that look like this, such as the Dragon Quest series, so the Earthbound series isn't the only one with this sort of gameplay.

It's Shin Megami Tensei, the 2nd game or If... given the interface.
