The artifacts probably aren't your fault in this case, but you should still be able to see them; there are grainy splotches of color around virtually every black line in the image. Look at the hair over her left eye, for instance; all that weird pixelation is JPEG artifacting.
Yeah, I finally got it. It looks fine to me at this size but when you zoom in you can definitely tell. It took me a long time to even notice them, so why is it such a big deal?
