I think Prussia is hilarious. Should I add what the little sentence next to his name means?

Norway's hair is usually on his other side, and made obviously floating. Also, this guy looks too tall and actually has emotion on his face. He also appears to have England eyebrows. Just a fanon New Zealand, maybe?
