Only so many Pokes are going to be OU, if something outclasses another Pokemon, it's going to push the other to UU. Note Mismagius, great movepool, viable tactics and solid stats, it's just UU because Gengar and the Rotom alt-formes beat it.
If Mawile can get an evolve that gives it decent enough stats to work -in- the OU tier, even if isn't used enough to really classify there? I'll take the win, thanks.
