That's right, that was just a random NPC, but I suggest we give her a name, apparently she doesn't have one

I think she's more than a rando, but that would mean we wouldn't have her proper name until around when the game actually releases... Maybe we give her a tentative generic name a la hat_girl_(umamusume) or her siblings until we do have an actual name?

She's clearly drawn to be Lucia though. The moles give it away.

Ah yes, if the artist decided to draw Lucia instead of the NPC, okay I understand, but otherwise this is not the case.
