It shouldn't be too bad, really; if you've ever had a nosebleed, you'll surely have noticed that it's a free flow and that nothing, er, particulate comes out with it. The fine hairs inside the nose serve to filter well.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure what vampires think of non-sanguine bodily fluids...

The trouble really is that the tea would make the _blood_ taste bad. The tannins and such would tend to curdle the blood, and you'd end up with an effect much like, well, clotted cream.
