Touhou themed Arkanoid

Well Makkun, there is a japanese variation of the Arkanoid, which is basically an Ecchi Arkanoid, you're meant to use the ball to break the clothes away, and if you complete it, you're rewarded with a nude pic or undies pic of the girl, sometimes it has more than 1 layer, undies being some sort of sub stage in the same stage that takes place after destroying the main clothes.

Many H-Artists like to make this games for some reason.

So I guess the joke is that instead of breaking the clothes to reveal more as it would be expected, the ball broke and revealed its own breasts. Basically a role reversal, right?
