FYI a reverse image search on saucenao points to this being a deleted post from Minchoba I'm willing to bet its not from the twitter poster in question judging by the comments following and likely found its way out from a copy someone saved. Is there not an external reverse image search done for uploads? this has happened a couple of times now.
