If its a total conversion mod then its not Half-Life anymore. Its just a game using the same game engine. Since there is no real representation of Half-Life in the picture the tag should be removed.

Total conversions are considered to be separate from mods. That said, the source is a direct link to the photo itself. It doesn't tell us anything about the mod.
The Helmet design (being sort of central gameplay element) and the Russian Counter-Terrorist Uniform should be enough, really, but the source picture is also hosted on the Paranoia homepage.

If we're supposed to correct tags based on helmet designs, I give up. Thats just plain impossible.
