I'm not surprised he did that. I already have that feeling a long time ago. then again, if next weeek that bastard Aizen was still alive and Gin was dead, I won't be surprised too.
even if Aizen has bankai he wouldn't need it. he even said so himself (if my memory serves him correct) all people that he thought could be threats were already under the control of kyogasuigetsu (except gin apparently) so as long as he has that he really shouldn't have to use it
