I'm almost 100% certain her name is Shisuferia. However, I've seen the Pale part translated as Pallor a couple times so I wasn't sure which to go with. I think the Pallor might have just been a bad translation, maybe?
Replying to a half a year old comment is very stupid, but I guess it's better to clear this up.

no idea where'd you get that "pale" business from, the souhaku in 蒼白シスフェリア/Souhaku Sisferia certainly means pale, but why would want to translate it instead of simply romanizing is beyond me.
